Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have the original tag attached, and be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you must contact us at beanworksdk@gmail.com. Please note that return items must be sent to the following address: Sønder Tranders Bygade 41, 9260 Gistrup, Denmark

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending the return package with tracking. We do not cover lost return packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EU 14-day withdrawal period

Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with the tag attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
